The Advanced Placement (AP) program offered at Bronte College is a highly challenging academic initiative designed to provide high school students with an outstanding opportunity to immerse themselves in university-level course materials. Developed by the College Board, this program was introduced in the United States in the 1950s and covers an extensive range of subjects, including mathematics, science, history, literature, and foreign languages.
The Advanced Placement Program is designed for candidates passionate about specific subjects and who value key skills such as critical thinking, time management, and a strong work ethic. Such students are highly encouraged to apply as they strive for excellence in their academic pursuits. Successful candidates can earn first-year university credits while in high school and proceed directly to second-year classes when starting university.
As an official AP testing site, Bronte College invites external students to register for AP exams.
