On Friday, May 26th, Mickey Wu participated in the 2017 Canadian Powerlifting Federation’s (CPF) High School Nationals Powerlifting Meet, hosted at St. Mary’s High School in Kitchener. Competing in the full meet, 60kg weight category for 18-19 year olds, Mickey set new national records in all three lift categories!

Previous National Records (set in June 2014):
Squat: 77.5kg
Bench: 57.5kg
Deadlift: 115kg

Mickey’s New National Records:
Squat: 105kg
Bench: 80kg
Deadlift: 120kg
