Camp Tawingo – Leadership and Outdoor Learning!
Last week, students embarked on an outdoor adventure at Camp Tawingo. Through canoeing, hiking, and team-building activities, they learned how to communicate effectively, solve problems creatively, and support one another. Many students reflected that working together in these outdoor challenges gave them greater confidence to tackle academic and personal goals back at school. Teachers also noticed how leadership and collaboration at camp connected directly to classroom learning, where resilience and adaptability are key skills for success. What a fantastic way for our new Bronte students to experience the beauty of the Canadian wilderness and grow new friendships.
