Camp Tawingo 2026
Our Grade 9 and 10 students recently had the opportunity to step outside the classroom and spend time at Camp Tawingo for a hands-on leadership experience.
Throughout the trip, students took part in a variety of outdoor activities and team challenges that encouraged them to communicate, cooperate, and work through problems together. From coordinating with teammates to stepping up when support was needed, each activity gave students the chance to practise important skills in a real and engaging setting.
The experience was not only about completing challenges. It was also about learning how to listen to others, adapt as a team, build confidence, and take responsibility. Students were encouraged to support one another, share ideas, and find ways to move forward together.
Experiences like Camp Tawingo give students the opportunity to learn beyond the classroom and discover their own strengths in new environments.
Bronte is committed to helping students develop the confidence, collaboration skills, and leadership qualities that will support them both at school and in the future.
