Bronte College Students Raise Over $600 for Local Charity

December 3, 2019

On December 3, 2019  Bronte’s Prefect Council members organized a school wide Bake Sale to raise money for Covenant House, a homeless youth agency in Toronto. More than just a shelter for teens, Covenant House works to provide youth in need education services, counselling and health care.

Prefect Council members worked together to sell homemade brownie sundaes on campus and sold out all 200 brownies! To show even more support for Covenant House, all of the donations collected from Bronte’s annual Holiday Concert were also donated. The Bake Sale and Holiday Concert fundraising events were extremely successful and our students were able to raise over $600 for Covenant House.

Thank you to all of our students who came out to support the Prefect Council, donated to the Holiday Concert and contributed to helping our local community! Special thanks to Ms. Reisch for her part in helping to organize the bake sale and bake brownies for our students!
